This Sample Pack contains two SPL DrumXchanger preset Instrument Files (.splx):

  1. Trigger Replacement Snare Drum with All Mics

  2. Trigger Replacement Snare Drum with Only Room Mics (excludes close mics)

  3. Also included is a one-shot .wav file of the snare drum for MIDI replacement

The SPL instrument files are based on multiple velocity and round-robin samples, including rimshots (which can be controlled separately in DrumXchanger plug-in).

* NOTE - SPL DrumXchanger Plug-in is required and is not included. This only includes the Black Beauty Instrument files (.splx files). You can purchase SPL DrumXchanger here.

The maple reinforcing hoops on the thin shell and 100 years of aging give this drum a characteristic warm tone. Very rare and very unique sound.
