As written in the 2002 Tama Catalog: “It has a very wide tuning range with warmth, a lot of crack and impressive attack (as befits the man who inspired it).” This drum’s Black Nickel Die Cast hoops and brass shell make it one of our go-to snares for a wide range of uses.
